Online Returns:
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on regular-priced, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be postmarked within this timeframe to be eligible for return. Please allow 7–10 business days from the receipt of your return for funds to be processed back to your account.

In-Store Returns:
We offer exchanges for store credit only on regular-priced, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise when accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. All sale merchandise is final.


Shipping:
All orders ship for free via ground shipping (Monday–Friday). Expedited shipping is available upon request. If you need your item(s) shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight, the shipping rate will be calculated accordingly. Please contact the store at (914) 472-4033 after placing your order to request expedited shipping. Currently, we only ship within the United States.
